Why San Diego is our primary market

San Diego County is the most demanding fence-and-gate market in California for one reason: every site is different. A coastal lot in La Jolla deals with salt air and pool code. A canyon edge in Rancho Santa Fe deals with Zone 0 defensible-space planning. A view lot in Del Mar balances coastal exposure with HOA design review.

That variety is why we built the company around material-first decision making. The fence is selected for the property, not the property for the fence. We work through each site's exposure, code requirements, and design intent before recommending aluminum, steel, block, gabion, hardwood, or composite.

We serve coastal, inland, and canyon-adjacent submarkets across the county. Coastal: La Jolla, Del Mar, Coronado, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Point Loma. Inland: Rancho Santa Fe, Carmel Valley, Poway, Scripps Ranch, 4S Ranch, Fairbanks Ranch, Escondido.

Each area has its own page with submarket detail, fire-zone notes, neighborhood-specific material recommendations, and gallery references where relevant. Start with the San Diego County hub for the full list.

Coverage questions

Do you serve all of San Diego County?

Yes. San Diego County is our primary service area. We work coastal, inland, hillside, and canyon-adjacent neighborhoods. Coverage spans Rancho Santa Fe, La Jolla, Del Mar, Coronado, Point Loma, Carmel Valley, Fairbanks Ranch, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Cardiff, Carlsbad, Poway, Scripps Ranch, 4S Ranch, and Escondido, plus submarkets within each.

What's the difference between coastal and inland San Diego fencing needs?

Coastal properties (La Jolla, Del Mar, Coronado, Carlsbad coast) prioritize salt-air-resistant noncombustible materials like aluminum, often with privacy-tuned designs and pool-code requirements. Inland and canyon-adjacent properties (Poway, Carmel Valley, Rancho Santa Fe edges) prioritize Zone 0 fire-conscious material planning, defensible-space transitions, and access for fire-equipment turnouts. The material strategy shifts accordingly.

Do you work outside of San Diego County?

Yes, on a selective basis. We serve high-end residential properties in Orange County (Crystal Cove, Coto de Caza, Newport Coast, San Juan Capistrano and others) and Los Angeles County (Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood and others). Coverage outside San Diego is project-evaluated based on scope, distance, and site logistics.

How do I know if my neighborhood is covered?

If you don't see your city listed, request an estimate anyway. We confirm coverage during the initial conversation. For neighborhoods adjacent to our listed cities, we usually serve them as part of the same service radius.

What services do you offer in each area?

The full service set is available across all covered areas: aluminum fencing, steel fencing, custom gates, security gates, side gates, block walls, gabion walls, composite fencing, hardwood (Ipe) fencing, and Zone 0 fire-conscious perimeter planning. Material recommendations adapt to the site's exposure, code requirements, and design intent.
